KEYS/MUSIC DIRECTOR

Beth Falcone is a New York–based pianist and music director who has worked extensively in Off-Broadway theater, concerts, and studio recordings. She has served as rehearsal pianist, keyboardist, and music director for a wide range of theatrical and concert projects, including Welcome to the Big Dipper, Like You Like It, and developmental presentations of new musicals such as Elysian Fields. Her work is also featured on multiple cast album recordings and concert performances, including release events at New York venues such as 54 Below.

Early in her career, Beth worked as a music assistant on the Broadway production of The Lion King, supporting the rehearsal process and musical development. Known for her versatility and deep understanding of singers, she brings clarity, musicality, and collaborative energy to every rehearsal room, recording session, and performance.
